Climate Pledge Friendly: Our products are certified as "Climate Pledge Friendly," which reflects our commitment to sustainability. This certification ensures that our products meet sustainability standards, making them an environmentally responsible choice.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100
: Our products are certified under the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, providing the highest assurance of product quality and human health. This certification involves testing against over 1,000 different chemicals to ensure that our products are free from substances that could be harmful to human health.

Our commitment is to provide safe, eco-friendly products that meet your standards for quality and sustainability.

Our products are not designed to be fire resistant or fire retardant. While we prioritize the comfort, durability, and style of our Habutway furniture, we do not incorporate fire-resistant materials into our designs.

For safety reasons, we recommend keeping our products away from open flames, heat sources, or any potential fire hazards. Always exercise caution when using candles, lighters, or other flammable objects near your Habutway furniture.

If your Big Joe does not have a removable cover, you can spot clean it as needed.

1. Brush off loose dirt

2. Use a solution of ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of water; it’s best to clean the entire surface area of the fabric to avoid water rings

3. Use a soft bristle brush to clean

4. Allow to air dry

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

If you feel your order is delayed, please remember:

  • You can check the shipping status of your Habutway order here: Shipping Status
  • If your order has shipped, you can also track your order with the link sent via ship confirmation email.
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking.

Habutway is not responsible for refunding or replacing packages that are stolen, lost or packages sent to the wrong address. Comfort Research is NOT responsible for any package(s) once a package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier, the customer is responsible for tracking and receiving the items. 

Please note that if you wish to return an item for any reason not covered by our warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any other costs associated with returning it to us. Due to the size of our products, return shipping costs may be substantial, and in some cases, may cost more than the product.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order placement for items purchased on our website. Returns over 30 days, clearance, or discontinued items are not accepted. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on items that have issues from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse.

Shipping costs related to your purchase will not be refunded.

If you purchased your Habutway on another site or in a store, please contact that business to initiate a return.

Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund once approved, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect on your statement prior to contacting us.

If your product is defective in materials or workmanship, our manufacturer's warranty will replace your product or refund your product price within the warranty period.

Generally speaking, we process orders very fast, but sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to ship. Click the shipping icon in the order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.

If an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email or phone about any changes associated to your order.

Please know our supply chain and shipping partners are working hard but continue to occasionally experience delays beyond their control that may result in delayed shipping. While we can control how absurdly awesome every Habutway is, we can’t control what happens to your package once it leaves our facility, meaning we can’t be held liable for unexpected delays. We know the incredibly awesome folks who deliver packages are doing their very best to get you your order ASAP. We can assure you we are working with our partners daily to get your awesome Habutway order to you as soon as possible.

To reset your Habutway.com account password, visit the password recovery link below. Once there, enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit". Check your inbox for an email from us, then follow the instructions provided to create a new password. After setting your new password, you can log in to your account using your updated credentials.
